Annual support; EU 240, - per block of 4 hours. Hours are valid during the year. Hours are non-transferable. If it appears that more support is needed, we scale up in consultation. Hereby we start a new period. Response time is always within 36 hours on working days. Invoicing for a period will always take place in advance. Prices are exclusive of VAT. IMPORTANT! Annual support is only available in combination with web hosting. Software development is not covered by support. Software development is always based on a quotation.
