Project-based support; EU 360, - per block of 6 hours. Hours are valid for 1 month from the start date and are non-transferable. If it appears that more support is needed, we scale up in consultation. Hereby we start a new period. Response time is always within 36 hours on working days. Invoicing for a period will always take place afterwards. Prices are exclusive of VAT. IMPORTANT! Software development is not covered by support. Software development is always based on a quotation.
